"Wine Tasting Whale Style"

Come with friends to a night of wine tasting at "The Whale." We're planning several this coming season, but the first one we have booked is with Winnett Vineyards. David and Sharon Winnett will be on hand to discuss the complexities and features of their award-winning wines. A fabulous dinner will be paired with each of six courses offering a different wine from Winnett Vineyards.

Dinners are $65 per person plus tax and gratuity. Limited accommodations are still available from $295 up to $349 (a substantial savings as also included is our marvelous 7-course buffet breakfast the next morning!)

The "official" menu will be set at a special pairing with David and Sharon later this year, so while we cannot yet tell you the exact menu, here is a sample from last year to "tempt your palates"........

                                              Winter Salad with Mixed Baby Greens, Gorgonzola, Glazed Pecans, Dried Cranberries & Herbal Vinaigrette or  New England Style Clam Chowder

Petrale Sole stuffed with Dungeness Crab in a Lemon Wine Sauce served with Basmati Rice

Chicken Parmesan Stuffed with Asiago Cheese, Sun Dried Tomatoes & Artichoke Hearts, Marinara Sauce & Angel Hair Pasta

Roast Filet of Beef served with a Wine Reduction, Seasonal Vegetables & "Mushroom" Red Potatoes

Bluerberry Cream Pie and New York Style Cheesecake
